Alicia Arnnold

Operations Coordinator

Alicia is a proud lifelong resident of Port Colborne, albeit a stint in Kelowna, B.C. Alicia received her B.A. from the University of Guelph, and intrigued by the psychology of work, she topped up her education with a post grad in Human Resources Management at Seneca College. While working at Sherkston Shores Resort throughout her schooling and after graduation, she progressed from a server at Castaways to food & beverage supervisor to business administrator, her first real look into the wonderful world of real estate. Alicia’s passion for creating teams at work that were highly motivated to succeed and have fun while doing it, encouraged her to develop and implement a working strategy as the team builder and pioneered their Human Resources Department.

To further hone her administrative skills and master the fine art of multi-tasking, Alicia spent several years as the Executive Assistant with Niagara Hospitality Hotels in Niagara Falls. Eventually, her first career passion brought her back to work in her hometown, where she welcomed and hosted guests from the Niagara Region and beyond to The Smokin’ Buddha Restaurant for the last nine years.

Alicia has never shied away from a working opportunity; in her specific skill set or not. She thrives on experiencing the ins and outs of varied professions and is an enthusiastic promoter for the ability to adapt and grow when life presents challenges. Alicia now joins the Niagara Sold by Kate Team as administrative manager and is looking forward to providing our clients with first class guest service while addressing all of your confidential needs.
